To verify your business, you will need to provide Sapphire Background Check with basic information about your company and your Employer Identification Number (EIN), if available.
In order to begin a thorough background check, SappHire requires, at a minimum, your applicant’s Legal Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number, and Email Address. The employer must obtain a consent form, and retain it on file before SappHire begins the screening process.
Once we receive the applicant’s information and necessary documents, Sapphire Background Check will email you the results within 1-3 business days depending on the depth of your report. At Sapphire Background Check we pride ourselves on our quick turn-around time. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (FCRA) an employer cannot withhold or deny employment based on a record returned from a Multi-State Criminal Search. A follow-up county search must be ordered to verify that the record is accurate and a match to the applicant.
