KEEP AGENDAS OUT OF THE WORKFORCE (3)

22-Jul-2021

As I have written here quite frequently in the past, the social justice freaks that are being churned out by to days colleges are terrible workers. Not only that, but they are actually crazy, taking offense at reality and driving everyone around them insane with their agendas.

What’s worse, though, is the way they take advantage of legitimate institutions and institutional measures to stir up trouble on behalf of their egos ideals.

Let me tell you a story, one that happened only a few weeks ago at an institution that I shall not name.

The kitchen staff needed some beefing up, so the food service director set out to find some new employees.

After going through a number of candidates, he settled on one that wasn’t terrible at what he needed her to do, and who seemed to be a reasonable worker with a capacity for being trained up to where she needed to be.

After about a week, at about midday, she came into the office with a complaint, some body had touched her.

Of course, the manager stopped whatever he was doing and proceeded to give her his full attention.

The new employee spun out a tale of how one of the older workers had squeezed her in appropriately while they were in the fridge for a few minutes.

The older worker was promptly suspended, and the manager proceeded to spend the rest of the day following protocol for such cases.

Unfortunately, it was rather hard to get all of the details, because for some reason the young lady kept on going on about how she was a lesbian, and didn’t like being touched.

Which is all very interesting, but is completely irrelevant.

As time went on, however, it became increasingly clear that this fact was extremely relevant, especially after those examining the case realized that it would be very difficult to squeeze her where she said she was squeezed, as there was nothing there to squeeze.

All this aside, the rest of the day was spent on the incident, with the already too small staff stretched even further to make up for the suspended employee.

Already, this begins to underscore the need for background checks.
