Any professional license or certification with an issuing body that will confirm records – this commonly includes healthcare, trade, and other regulated professional licenses. Tell us the license type when you order and we’ll confirm we can verify it.
Will you tell me if there's a disciplinary action on file?
Yes. Reported disciplinary action from the issuing board is included in the verification, where the board makes that information available.
Is this the same as a Healthcare Sanction Report?
No. License Verification confirms the license itself is valid and current with its issuing board. A Healthcare Sanction Report separately checks federal and state exclusion and sanction lists – many healthcare employers order both.
How much does this cost?
